A company is founded by a group of users.
Company members have a private chat mode for communication. With the right conditions companys can even create a company house.
Every maintenance company president who fails to login to Unchartered Waters Online for over thirty days will be replaced with another company member. Every maintenance company that has none of their main members login within thirty days will be automatically dissolved. Also company members who did not login for over 90 days will no longer be considered a company member.

Given that conditions are met the company will be given a company house (it will be marked as - on the map). This will need a certain level of formality and 1,000,000 ducats.

Company house
When the number of members and fame reaches a certain level the company will be able to buy their very own company house. The number of members and fame level differ depending on the size of the house. The company secretary at the company house can sell belongings and trade goods for the company members.
Company houses that are located in the country's headquarters are only open to companys with a president from that country. In other villages, the company's nationality is irrelevant. The company house will be forfeited if the conditions are not maintained.

Once the number of members surpass five the Bureau of Company Administration will enable the members to start their own company shop.
