Mentoring
The mentor system is an advanced method which helps players of lower levels. This system will cause the mentor to sacrifice his levels, resulting in different effects allows his subordinate to progress faster under the guidance of his mentor.
The Mentor System
1. Form a fleet.
2. Select [fleet] then click [fleet management] to select your
fleet members.
3. Select the character you wish to mentor on the list.
4. A player may mentor up to 4 subordinates.
A mentor must have higher level than his fleet members or
the mentorship will not take effect. All the characters in the
zone are given the benefit of the mentorship and they must
stay close together or it will not take effect.
5. Mentoring gives off numerous beneficial effects.
When winning battles, you earn more fame, when buying
and selling trade goods, player may gain more experience,
tariff reduction and many more.
