The reinforcement of the vessel can be performed at the shipyard in company pioneer cities.
After reinforcing the vessel, the number of enhancements available will increase. Then you can change your vessel into a more ideal shape.
At the shipyard in the company pioneer city, speak to the NPC "Shipyard Master", and then you will see the [Vessel Reinforcement] command on the right bottom corner.
